Getting to know Miss Ruthie

Hi Everyone, My name is Ruth and I am the Additional Needs support teacher for the St Helena group.

This is my fifth year working at WGG and I have studied and worked in Early Childhood since leaving school. I met my husband Adrian while working in a Romanian Day Centre for street children, when I was 19. He moved to Australia and we have two beautiful children.

I have loved watching the community at WGG both as a parent and now as an assistant. What I love the most about WGG is watching the care, time and love each teacher invests in each child everyday at WGG. It’s such an amazing place for your children to play, grow, learn and be loved.

In my spare time, my favourite things to do are painting and drawing and I also love music and singing.
