Getting to know Emma
Hi, I am Emma Lyons and I’m so excited to be a part of the WGG community. I feel very grateful to be part of such a nurturing and supportive kindy environment where children can grow in confidence, kindness and independence every day.
Before moving into this role, I worked as a geotechnical engineer in the mining industry – a very different world from kindy life! I now live locally and am a mum to two beautiful children who keep life busy, fun and full of adventures. Outside of kindy, our family loves spending weekends sailing together, seeing friends and family and enjoying time outdoors by the water in our beautiful bayside.
I love building warm relationships with children and families and creating a calm, welcoming environment where every child feels safe.
